Neurology Concept Map

Using the terms, phrases, and linking statements provided, construct a concept map showing the relations/characteristics that were covered in the neurology unit. Poster paper will be provided. A rough draft must be presented before you start on your concept map design. A visual for each cluster must be provided. Two lists will be provided: terms/phrases and linking statements. You may construct linking statements if you desire.

Linking Statements

1) Include
2) Which Includes
3) Such As
4) Which Are Involved In
5) Are Divided Into
6) Which Communicates To/Across

12) Which Consists Of
13) Made Of
14) Into The Categories
15) Which Is Made Of
16) Results In
17) Occurs In
And any other linking terms that you can develop….

*Numbers 1,5,6,9 must be utilized as the starting points for your map

** 34 will be a "mini-map" that will consist of your group poster project. The mini-map will possess the name of the condition and 5 terms and phrases of your choice. Linking words must be provided for each strand. An illustration/picture must be provided for this cluster/grouping.

What Would an "A" Concept Map Would Possess

      · Consists of 32 terms including Nervous System, PNS, CNS, and Neurological Condition
      · All linking words are clear and appropriate
      · Pictures/illustrations provided for each grouping/cluster
      · Map stands alone/independent of verbal explanation
      · Neat product/appealing
