For each variety (var. arizonicus, var. neomexicanus and var. triglochidiatus) of AZ Hedgehog, samples were collected from three different populations (or locations). Within each population, four different plants were sampled. The identification numbers refer to the population while the letters refer to individual plants found within the population.
