Step 7. Submit Master's / Specialist Plan of Study
Form
In approximately your second summer, you should
submit the Master's
/ Specialist Plan of Study Form to the Graduate College.
To access this form, you will need your Web ID password, which is the same
as your UA email account name and password.
Ellie has partially completed this form for you. Please review it for accuracy, make any necessary changes and/or additions, hit the "generate" button, and print out the form. Sign it, and have your research advisor sign the front page in two
places (one line for animal/ human subjects involvement, and another line
as advisor). LEAVE THE DEPARTMENT HEAD LINE BLANK --Ellie will take care
of that signature for you.
